In the beginning...
Backwater Channels Records was set up by Barry Banks in 2015 and was a logical progression that had developed from the Backwater Channels Studio which he established in 2010. Driven by his passion for music and inspired by the many new and exciting artists that he has the pleasure of working with in the studio, Backwater Channel Records was born out of his commitment to many of these artists and projects extending far being the studio walls where he assisted in other areas of the artists development.
Our manifesto
Our vision is simple.
Invest in raw talent and provide the necessary resorces and support for recording artists to produce, record, perform and distubute their music without comprise to their artistic integrity or vision.
Likeminded individuals working together with a unified objective in mind.
